Flesland is Norway's second largest airport, having 88,929 aircraft movements and 3,863,198 passengers in 2005. FS2004 PMDG 737-800 Catching The Localizer

Normally, I use waypoints and fly straight in.
For this video, I crossed the Localizer so that you can see the aircraft automatically align to the runway...looks more dramatic.

Sitting behind the wing on the left side. Departure from T.F. Greeen airport was from runway 05. Weather was beautiful but there was some wind turbulence shortly after take-off and lasted for about 10 minutes

Boeing 737-700 Wedgetail First Flight
Boeing is offering its Next-Generation 737-700 increased gross weight (IGW) aircraft to the Royal Australian Air Force for Project Wedgetail, an airborne early warning & control (AEW&C) system.
The AEW&C system combines the new high-performance Boeing 737-700 IGW aircraft with the Northrop Grumman Multi-role Electronically Scanned Array (MESA) radar. Included in the platform are an advanced identification friend or foe (IFF) system; an expanded, passive surveillance system; a flexible, open-system architecture and a highly effective self-defense capability. The 737-700 features state-of-the-art avionics, navigation equipment and flight deck. It has a maximum speed of .78 Mach and an operational ceiling of 41,000 feet.

This is my first movie done with Microsoft Flight Simulator X. It features a glider, Boeing 747-400, Boeing 737-800, and the legendary Mooney Bravo with G1000 GPS system installed on it. I used Gamecam and Microsft Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition to do that film. The airports you will see are Princess Juliana Intl, Boston LOGAN Intl, and Ranch 2 which is located in the middle of a desert near the Grand Canyon National Park. I will be running flights from different airports every next Sunday from today.
